How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 days of your order, and most orders arrive in 4–5 days. Each product page shows the dates for an order placed today: when it will be dispatched and when it should reach you.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Below ₹499, shipping is ₹70 whether you pay online or on delivery. From ₹499, shipping is free, and cash on delivery has a ₹70 fee.
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
No change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, we replace it within 7 days of delivery. Photo required.
Do you claim anti-tarnish on every piece?
Only on pieces listed as anti-tarnish, and only when the piece is used as directed: keep it dry, wipe it after wear, store it in the pouch. Perfume, water, sweat left on, and rough daily wear will wear a finish — that is not a replacement. Six-month replacement, photo required, not a cash refund. We do not claim it on oxidised.
