Replacement
7-day replacement if the piece is damaged, wrong, or missing. Photo required. This is a replacement, not a cash refund, except where we cannot replace the same piece.
Anti-tarnish
Six-month anti-tarnish replacement only on pieces listed as anti-tarnish, and only when the piece is used as directed. Keep it dry. Wipe it after wear. Store it in the pouch. Perfume, water, sweat left on the metal, and rough daily wear will wear a finish — we do not replace a piece that was not cared for. Unboxing video required. We do not claim anti-tarnish on oxidised, or on untested stock.
Payments
Prepaid refunds go back on the original payment method. Cancellation only before dispatch.
