Prices can change. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, prepaid money goes back on the original method.
Shipping and returns
See our Shipping and Refund pages. 7-day replacement if damaged, wrong, or missing. No change-of-mind returns. Cancellation only before dispatch.
Anti-tarnish
Only pieces listed as anti-tarnish carry the six-month replacement, and only when the piece is used as directed: keep it dry, wipe after wear, store in the pouch. Perfume, water, sweat left on, and rough daily wear will wear a finish. Photo required. Not a cash refund. We do not claim it on oxidised.
