We pack orders on working days after payment clears, then hand them to courier.
How long
We dispatch within 1–2 days of your order, and most orders arrive in 4–5 days. Each product page shows the dates for an order placed today: when it should be dispatched and when it should reach you.
If the parcel is damaged
- Refuse delivery if the packet is visibly wrecked.
- WhatsApp or call 9905518358, or email care@amaanat.shop, within 7 days of delivery.
- A photo of the piece and packing is required. An unboxing video helps when the carton itself is torn.
- We replace the piece, or refund prepaid orders by the original payment method.
