How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 days of your order, and most orders arrive in 4–5 days. Each product page shows the dates for an order placed today.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Orders from ₹499 carry a ₹70 cash-on-delivery fee; below ₹499 you pay the same ₹70 shipping as online orders, with no extra COD fee.
What does it cost to ship?
Orders from ₹499 ship free. Below ₹499, shipping is ₹70, whether you pay online or cash on delivery. Paying online takes 5% off your order.
Is every piece anti-tarnish?
Only the pieces listed as anti-tarnish, and only when the piece is used as directed: keep it dry, wipe it after wear, store it in the pouch. Perfume, water, sweat left on, and rough daily wear will wear a finish — that is not a replacement. We do not claim anti-tarnish on oxidised pieces.
What is the six-month anti-tarnish replacement?
On pieces listed as anti-tarnish, for normal wear, we replace the piece within six months. A photo is required. It is a replacement, not a cash refund.
Is this real gold or silver?
No. Amaanat is imitation jewellery and we say so on every listing. Gold-tone and silver-tone describe the finish, not the metal. Oxidised pieces are oxidised silver-tone, not silver and not a heritage antique.
What comes with my order?
Every piece arrives in a plastic pouch, packed securely for shipping.
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
No change-of-mind returns. If a piece arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, we replace it within 7 days of delivery. A photo is required.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method. Cancellation is only possible before dispatch.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it dry. Wipe it after wear. Store it in the pouch it came in. Put perfume and lotion on before your jewellery, not after.
